Yeayyy....akhirnya..daun yang mahal-mahal kubeli gak jadi kebuang. Padahal hampir 3 minggu di kulkas lho...alhamdulillaah belum rusak dan bisa dimanfaatkan. Sudah lama kepengen arem-arem...dan isiannya pun sdh kubuat 2 hari yang lalu.
Arem-arem isi sambal goreng daging
300 gr beras
400 ml air
1 sdt garam
isi: sambal goreng daging, aku ga pake takaran pasti,kira2 aja
bw putih,bw merah.cabe merah,garam,gula,santan,daging cincang,kentang potong dadu.
Gampangnya pake resep sambal goreng fave masing2 aja ya...hehe..
Didihkan air dan garam, masukkan beras. Aduk sampai air meresap.
Ambil 1 sdk beras aron,isi sambal goreng,tutup lagi dgn aronan beras.
Bungkus daun pisang.
Rebus 2 jam.

Pindang Telur
Dulu pertama lihat postingan pindang telur mb Analisa, sdh langsung kepingin. Masuk list berbulan bulan...baru kesampaian sekarang. Sebenarnya ibuku dulu sering bikin Pindang telur semacam ini. Tapi untuk menghasilkan warna coklat dan retakan telurnya, ibu menggunakan daun jambu biji. Browsing2 lagi...ternyata bisa juga pake kulit bawang merah dan teh celup! nah, karena disini adanya teh celup ( aku pake schwarzer Tea alias teh hitam) ya itulah yang kupakai :)
PINDANG TELUR
resep : Analisa Ummu Abel yang sdh kumodif sesuai sikon.
5 btr telur
700 ml ( secukupnya air agar telur terendam )
1 sdt garam
daun salam
sedikit gula pasir
3 teh celup
Rebus telur dgn 700 ml air kira2 10 menit, angkat telur dan buat retakan2 pada kulitnya.
Masukkan lagi telur yg sudah retak tadi kedalam air rebusan.
Masukkan teh celup,garam,gula pasir,dan daun salam.
Masak lagi kira2 2 jam.
Angkat,biarkan dingin dan siap dinikmati.
Mudah membuatnya,cantik tampilannya :)

Chocolate Banana Cake
Suka banget sama cake coklat ini. Rasanya mirip2 brownies kukus. Lembab...padahal kue ini dioven lho.. Sebenarnya resepnya sama dengan Choco Banana Cupcake, cuman yang ini langsung kutuang dalam loyang. Mestinya ada toppingnya nih...bisa chocolate ganache atau keju. Tapi lagi edisi males..ya sudahlah..polosan aja,hehe... Resep asli disini.
Chocolate Banana Cake: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) and place rack in the center of the oven. Butter, or spray with a non stick vegetable spray, a 9 x 13 inch (23 x 33 cm) pan. Set aside.
In a large bowl whisk together the sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In another large bowl, whisk together the eggs, mashed bananas, water, milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir, or whisk, until combined. You will notice that the batter is quite thin. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack. When completely cooled, frost with the Ganache.
Ganache: Place the chopped chocolate in a medium sized stainless steel, or heatproof bowl. Set aside. Heat the cream and butter in a medium sized saucepan over medium heat (can also be heated in the microwave). Bring just to a boil. Immediately pour the boiling cream over the chocolate and allow to stand for 5 minutes. Stir until smooth. When Ganache has completely cooled, beat until soft and fluffy (I use a wire whisk). Then spread the frosting on top of the cake. Can garnish with dried banana chips.

Cara Menambal Panci Alumunium
Huaa....kukusan satu2nya milikku bocor. tapi alhamdulillaah...dapat tips disini
Aduklah sampai rata putih telur ayam dengan kapur sirih sehingga merupakan bubur. Bersihkan daerah panci yang bocor, ampelas sekeliling lubang itu. Sesudah itu oleskan bubur tadi hingga menutupi lubang. Seandainya lubang itu cukup besar , sisipkan kapas sedikit kemudian oleskan bubur itu di sebelah atas dan bawahnya. Jemur di sinar matahari hingga kering.
